Company tours are an opportunity for young people to visualize themselves in your work environment and consider if it's the right fit for them. Immersive experiences make a difference.

We love to host employers! Send your team to get young people hyped about the career paths you have to offer as an employer. Share what you do, what the work is like, and spark their curiosity!

WORK EXPERIENCE

Put a NextGen participant to work in a paid or unpaid position. Structured learning experiences that takes place in a workplace not only provide a chance for career exploration, but also skills development in a real-world work environment.

APPRENTICESHIP

Pre-apprenticeships and full apprenticeships are highly desired by youth and young adults. The ability to "earn while you learn" allows them to get on their feet financially while working on a career path that offers long-term career success.

Work-based learning activities have no cost to employers. In fact, for paid work experiences and on-the-job training, NCWorks NextGen pays the participant’s wages in whole or in part, to mitigate training expenses for your business.
